A message from Ian Todd, IPSA Chief Executive

At IPSA we seek to announce budgets as early as possible while remaining compliant with the appropriate governance processes including the Speaker’s Committee (SCIPSA).

Unfortunately, this year HM Treasury has been unable to review our draft Estimate to the previously agreed timeline and, as a result, SCIPSA’s meeting has had to be delayed until March.

We know that you need budget information earlier than this for planning purposes so, with thanks to Mr Speaker for his agreement, we can provide provisional budgets for 2024/25 below.

These numbers remain subject to formal approval in due course.
